LESS THAN 4 HOURS before your appointment time.

You MUST CALL to cancel if that's the case.

9/23 10AM appointment :

You can freely cancel by 9/23 5:59AM. A fee will be charged after 9/23 6:00AM.

9/23 12PM appointment :

You can freely cancel by 9/23 7:59AM. A fee will be charged after 9/23 8:00AM.

9/23 4PM appointment :

You can freely cancel by 9/23 11:59AM. A fee will be charged after 9/23 12PM(NOON).

9/23 7PM appointment :

You can freely cancel by 9/23 3:59PM. A fee will be charged after 9/23 4:00PM.

How to cancel online (Computer) :

1. Log in to your account and click the "Account Page (It's the one saying Hi, Name!)"

2. Click "Appointments"

3. Find the appointment and click "Cancel"

4. Continue with "Yes, cancel it"

5. You are done! Double-check the appointment is canceled.

How to cancel online (Phone) :

1. Log in to your account and press the "Account Page (It's the one saying Hi, Name!)"

2. Press "Appointments"

3. Find the appointment you would like to cancel and click "Cancel"

4. Continue with "Yes, cancel it"
